Blanca Villagómez is one of the most active and popular faces of Michoacan gastronomy. She has participated as a judge in the casting of MasterChef Mexico and has participated in several Traditional Cooking Encounters, as well as in the Morelia en Boca Festival, where she has received several awards.
Specialty
Trout broth, rabbit corpus, churipo, golden mojarra, Tarascan soup, carrot uchepos, blackberry or tamarind mole, charal tortitas and the excellent handmade quesadillas made with ground black chile in molcajete are some of the delicacies prepared in the Traditional Cuisine of this renowned Master Chef.
