In the community of Zacan, he has established his cozy and welcoming Zacan Restaurantwhere you can taste recipes such as birria en penca de maguey; uchepos with pork ribs; mole de pollo de rancho; churipo; and mole tatemado, made with sesame, pepper, garlic and piloncillo.
Specialty
Esperanza has received national and international recognition for her avocado stuffing, beef atápakua, mole tatemado and her famous corundas stuffed with green chile, carrot and ranch cheese.
She is frequently invited to renowned restaurants and culinary centers to share her seasoning with diners and chefs.
